- Booking and payment information, name and email when you purchase event tickets; payment processing is handled by Square and we do not store card details

- Send you information about events and updates, where you have opted in to receive these
- Improve our website and understand how visitors use it

- Contract, processing is necessary to fulfil a booking you have made with us

- Consent, for marketing communications and non-essential cookies, where you have given your consent

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share it with:
- Square, our payment and ticketing provider. Square processes all event ticket payments on our behalf. Their privacy policy can be found at squareup.com/gb/legal/privacy
All third parties are required to handle your data securely and in accordance with applicable data protection law.
5. How long we keep your data
- Booking records are kept for up to 2 years after the event date
- Marketing consent records are kept until you withdraw consent
- Email correspondence is retained for up to 2 years

This website does not use cookies. We do not set any cookies on your device and we do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking of any kind. Because nothing needs your consent, there is no cookie banner.
This is possible because the fonts on the site are self-hosted (your browser does not contact a third-party font provider), and the map on our Find Us page is a static image that links out to Google Maps only if you choose to open it. There is no embedded map, so no Google cookies are set while you browse.
