  • Booking and payment information, name and email when you purchase event tickets; payment processing is handled by Square and we do not store card details
  • Usage data, information about how you use our website, collected via cookies (see our Cookie Policy for details)
  • Communications, the content of any messages you send us by email or social media

2. How we use your information

We use your personal data to:

  • Process event ticket bookings and send booking confirmations
  • Respond to enquiries and provide customer support
  • Send you information about events and updates, where you have opted in to receive these
  • Improve our website and understand how visitors use it
  • Comply with legal obligations

3. Our legal basis for processing

  • Contract, processing is necessary to fulfil a booking you have made with us
  • Legitimate interests, to respond to your communications and improve our services
  • Consent, for marketing communications and non-essential cookies, where you have given your consent
  • Legal obligation, where we are required by law

4. Who we share your data with

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share it with:

  • Square, our payment and ticketing provider. Square processes all event ticket payments on our behalf. Their privacy policy can be found at squareup.com/gb/legal/privacy
  • Google, we use Google Maps to provide location information on our Find Us page. See section 7 for more details

All third parties are required to handle your data securely and in accordance with applicable data protection law.

5. How long we keep your data

  • Booking records are kept for up to 2 years after the event date
  • Marketing consent records are kept until you withdraw consent
  • Website analytics data is retained in accordance with Google Analytics' default retention settings
  • Email correspondence is retained for up to 2 years

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Erase your data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restrict or object to processing
  • Data portability, receive your data in a portable format
  • Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

7. Cookies

  • Strictly necessary cookies, these are required for the website to function and cannot be switched off. They are set in response to actions you take, such as viewing our menu or navigation.

We do not currently use any analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
