These terms and conditions apply to your use of the INFUSE Tea Bar website at letsinfuse.co.uk and to any event ticket purchases made through our booking system.

By using this website or purchasing tickets, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or make a booking.

1. Use of this website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not use it in any way that could damage or impair the site or interfere with any other user's use of it.

We reserve the right to update, change or remove content at any time without notice. While we make every effort to keep information accurate and up to date, we cannot guarantee that the website will be error-free at all times.

2. Event ticket purchases

Booking confirmation

A booking is confirmed once you have received a confirmation email from Square, our payment provider. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive a confirmation within a few minutes.

Tickets

Tickets are issued electronically. Your confirmation email will contain your e-ticket or a link to download it. Please bring this to the event (printed or on your phone).

Age restrictions

Some events at INFUSE are for adults only (18+). This will be clearly stated on the event listing. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who cannot provide valid proof of age where required.

Dietary requirements and accessibility

Please contact us in advance at info@letsinfuse.co.uk if you have dietary requirements or accessibility needs. We will do our best to accommodate you but cannot guarantee we can meet every requirement for every event.

3. Cancellation and refund policy

Cancellation by you

If you wish to cancel your ticket, please contact us at info@letsinfuse.co.uk as soon as possible.

• More than 7 days before the event, full refund
• 3–7 days before the event, 50% refund, or transfer to another event of equal value
• Less than 3 days before the event, no refund, but your ticket may be transferred to another person

To transfer your ticket to another person, please email us with the new attendee's name and contact details at least 24 hours before the event.

Cancellation by INFUSE

If we cancel or significantly reschedule an event, we will notify all ticket holders by email as soon as possible and offer a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to the rescheduled date.

We are not liable for any additional costs you may incur as a result of a cancellation or rescheduling (such as travel or accommodation costs).

How refunds are processed

Refunds are processed via Square and returned to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear.

4. Photography and filming

INFUSE occasionally photographs or films events for use on our social media and marketing materials. By attending an event, you consent to appearing in such materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a member of staff on arrival.

5. Conduct at events

We want every event at INFUSE to be welcoming, safe and enjoyable for all attendees. We reserve the right to remove any person whose behaviour is disruptive, offensive or threatening, without refund.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, INFUSE Tea Bar is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or attendance at our events. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for your ticket.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to INFUSE Tea Bar or is used with permission. You may not reproduce or use our content without written permission.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with the date it was last updated. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
